Here are what some of our members had to say about their stay:
“Monica and Beth……I wanted to let you both know how much we enjoyed Chris Carge, our personal chef in Hilton Head Island. He did a fantastic job. He worked with our friend (whose birthday we were celebrating) the week prior to create the menu. The day of the event, he arrived with his lovely wife and prepared the dinner. He let us help with the preparations. At each course, he described the dish. He allowed us to pair the wines with the courses, but gave us direction. He and his wife left the kitchen in perfect order after the dinner. He was quite flexible and took our teasing and “help” in the kitchen with good humor. Christie (his wife) presented each couple with a gift box containing the menu and homemade macaroons dipped in chocolate. Very sweet! Thanks to you both for a memorable trip. We can’t wait to return.”

“Hi Monica! I never told you just how wonderful the vacation was! It was everything you said it would be and more. Our entire family voted it the best one ever. It’s unanimous that I have the best sister in the whole world to share such a wonderful place with our family. The kids really enjoyed the beach, bikes and beautiful home. No one wanted to come back to Tulsa. We collected sand dollars, found a dead stingray, and saw quite a bit of a feisty raccoon digging in the garbage. Thank you and Beth for your wonderful hospitality and the part you played in making sure our trip was the best ever.”
“The Hilton Head Island fishing charter was fabulous !!! Captain Corrin Askeland and 1st mate, Tyler were hands on, friendly, very knowledgeable and great tour guides too….the boat was pristine, comfortable and in perfect shape. Big fun was had by all the girls...celebrating our 45+ somethings !!!! Book a charter !!!! A must when the fish are biting and the season is good or grab a charter when you want to relax and take in the beautiful waters of HH...great fun for all, even girls !!!! cheers...”

“Just came back from Thanksgiving in Hilton Head. We brought another family and Monica (from EE) arranged EVERYTHING perfectly. She picked wonderful restaurants and she planned and had delivered a spectacular Thanksgiving dinner for ten people. This house is the perfect rest and relaxation home. It is so easy to read in the shade or bike on the beach. Family and friends can walk into town or for miles on the sand. There is everything all around you. We had great meals at Truffles, and the Santa Fe Café and we biked 6 miles to the Salty Dog for lunch one day.”

“First, thank you both for what you do to make sure we enjoy EE. We appreciate it. I am writing about a couple of things. First, we again very much enjoyed the Hilton Head property. In fact, I joked with my wife about making an offer to buy it – really only half joking. It is a perfect home for a beach vacation with the family. While it is close to restaurants and other activities, the real benefit is its location on the beach. We like nothing better than getting the little kids out on the sand and in the water early in the day. Then when it starts to get at all hot we walk back to the house and enjoy the pool as we fix lunch. Then it is just very easy to venture back to the beach in the late afternoon when the heat of the day has passed. It is a superb location. The layout of the house is also perfect for our needs. We really enjoy spending the evening in the second floor family room. It has everything we need up there and allows us to be near the children when they go to bed. Waking in a strange place is a bit scary for them so it is good that we are steps away. The two master suites also work well if we have friends join us for a few days. We took advantage of that last year. Overall, a great experience.”
